Luke Entrup
Luke Entrup is the founder of The Father-Son Connection Experience and the Contemplative Leadership Institute. He is a coach and teacher helping people grow their leadership capacity, clarify their purpose, and deepen their love. He works with startup founders, men’s groups, and people wanting to live a more heartfelt existence. He is a father to Julian, age 12, and Amara, age 9. His happiest days are getting lost in the forest with the both of them. He is a Partner at the executive coaching firm, Evolution.

Ted Rose
Ted is a coach and a business leader who has participated and led men’s groups for more than two decades. He is a partner at Evolution, an executive coaching and strategy firm that partners with start-ups and high-growth companies. He spent a number of years living and working at Buddhist contemplative retreat center in the Rockies. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two sons.

Tom Shelstad
Tom Shelstad is the co-founder of Inner Guide Expeditions. For Tom, adventure is a way of life. He grew up in the land of 10,000 lakes, where his family’s cabin was host to the water sports, campfires and wooded hikes that nurtured his love of the outdoors and passion for exploration.
Tom co-founded Inner Guide Expeditions knowing the intrinsic richness in the exploration of both the inner and outer worlds. Wilderness adventures are the perfect place to grow. When people are a little outside of their comfort zone, they are more open to experience life in new ways and see from different perspectives. “Comfort and growth…”, he says, “…rarely take up the same time and place.” Add “play” into the mix, along with the depth of connection, and you have a winning combination reflecting both the breadth and the richness of the human experience.
